Unable to run related test cases of one process from beginning to end on RSAT

How could I modify the parameter file so that I could continuously run the test case from the beginning of PO creation to the ending of Posting Product Receipt?

Noticed that each step was defined as a test case and had been successfully recorded by using Task Recorder on D365 F&O.

I found an official document for you: Run test cases by using the Regression suite automation tool (RSAT) - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn, this article explains how to load test cases from Azure DevOps, generate automation files, modify test parameters, run and investigate results, and save your work back to Azure DevOps.
