Automatically use specific template for new Emails from Case / WorkOrder

Hi community,

is there a way to have a specific email template to automatically be used when a user starts composing a new email from within a Case[incident] or Work Order[msdyn_workorder]? 

Basically I just want a "default template" to be used for any email composed for a Case or Incident. Any suggestions?
