Unable to login to DataMigrationUtility.exe (CRM Configuration Migration tool)

Hi,

I tried to login to SDK/Tool/DataMigrationUtility.exe (CRM Configuration Migration tool) using a system admin account, it was fine before but it encounters the following error and I can't login today..

Anyone knows how to solve this issue?

I've tried to select Online region as Oceania or don't know, both no luck. :(

Hi Stella, what is your crm online url... test.crm4.dynamics.com. test.crm5.dynamics.com etc?

From this we can tell what region you need to select

I tried to use this on another laptop and was totally fine when I logged in using Oceania....

But I still can't login using my own laptop...

Any suggestions?

Hi what OS is running on your laptop and browser version? also maybe your antivirus could be blocking the connection?

Hi Raz,

OS: Windows 10 64-bit

No Anti Virus installed on this laptop.

Browser IE 11.494.10586.0

CRM COnfiguration Migration Shell Version: 1.0.0.0

Any other possibilities? :(

Hi, we had a similar problem on a server. The stack was going through same path but with a different error. We had to delete our user profile on the server and recreate it. This way we probably got passed Token cache, where we had no idea of location...

Hi Stella,

I also had same issue and i have solved that by downloading the latest Office 365 SDK again.

From Here : www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

Now I am able to login to my Office 365 site.
