We have a number of POs that need to be modified (reduced or increased). How do you do this?

Also, the Edit Purchase Order window allows me to only Cancel a PO. I cannot do any edits. Maybe it's my account privileges that restrict access?

When I try to cancel items, system always tells me that the quantity I'm trying to cancel is greater than still pending on the PO. This even for POs that have no receipts against. Any clue why this could be?
As noted above, you can open the PO - Transaction Entry - and make changes.
But if you need to change the Status of the PO, then you need to use the Edit Purchase Order Status function. In this window you can select the PO and the line item and then make the change either to the Order or Cancel quantity. Also you can update the status of the line item as well.
Once these are done, you need to remember to click on the Process button to complete the task.
