I need some logical help for the if/then condition for email links clicked.
I have an email with 2 links that I send in a customer journey in real-time. I want to start a trigger when one of the links is clicked. For that I create following journey:
I only want to send the contact to the yes path when he clicks on the 1 link. But he will also go to the yes when he clicks on the seconds link. How can I prevent this.
My seconds question is: If I add both links to the attribute, one in each branch, And in one branch I create a task for the link clicked and in the other I create a phone call for the second link clicked. When the contact clicks one link he will go through the path and exit. But I also want to do create the activity when the other link is clicked by the same contact. How can I do that?
For the first question, it is possible to customize a trigger to trigger an event that opens a specific link.
For the second question, this is afraid not possible.
As you say, when a contact clicks one link he will go through the path and exit, the process is irreversible.
