Mohit Rampal, You are correct that some menu items are placed in two or more different menus, e.g. the All sales orders menu item can be found in Accounts payable, Sales and Marketing and Retail and Commerce. In that case, indeed three menus will be visible. The original question is missing the context.

Adding to Mohit and Andre, it is like using a checkbox and to configure the security. It is like for admin complete access will be there and for user based on his role, he may have complete access or some access. In that you can configure. For example if you work with workflow in HRM and you have employee role only few modules you can see not all. Similarly you need to make the configuration.

Andre Arnaud de Calavon Please provide your input here.

Even with security, I think its not straight forward task.

    Hi D365FO Avatar,

This question is an exact copy of the question mentioned by Mohit. Next to trying to restrict access to all menu items as part of the menu to make it invisible, you can also check if there is a configuration key linked to the menu. You can then using the license configuration to switch off a set of features. That would be then application wide, not per legal entity whereas the security configuration has the option to manage it per legal entity.

Yes, I also think the same that it's not possible with code.

But with security configuration, I m figuring out where to use checkbox parameter value, if its true than the menus are visible else invisible.

I think it is not possible by code. You need to use security configuration for that by assigning roles and privileges.
