I am currently working at the Paper Factory to automize there production processes. Currently they do a lot in Excel :(
But I have a case in which I would like to have some help.
People on the workfloor a bringing in data in an Excel file to tell the people in the office which materials they have used during the production process.
People in the office are controlling this information and when approved, they copy this data into Business Central and post this using the production template.
I was thinking to use a PowerApp for this process and to make sure the data from the PowerApp is transferred to Business Central and can be booked in here by the people in the office. Therefore, no copy action is done.
Do you guys think this is the right track or do you think another functionality will help in this case?
