Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

I have passed a receiving transaction entry wrongly in GP but I cannot return it because the items in that receiving entry got allocated to the override shortage qty . Can we remove this receiving transaction entry from database? please help ......

I am using GP2010. No sales order is there in which the item is allocated all are posted invoices. Can you please explain that new feature ? that will be a great help for me

Is the sales order on which the item was allocated still there? If so you can unallocate the item off the order. Which version of GP are you running? GP 2010 has a new feature where you can actually return items and re-receive them.
