Dear All,
I have two steps named "A" and "B" in my workflow.

I was set the notification in step "A" like below. Because I want receive the email when Step "A" approved.

In workflow, I did not set any notification.


In user option, the checkbox "send notifications in email" already checked.

Have create a batch job for email.

In Email template:

My question is, I was receive three email from system, but I just want to receive once step "A" approved.
Am I missing something?
I'd appreciate it if anyone can help me.
