Morning, 
 
We are a medium sized operation providing employment services through funding. 
Looking to understand the experience of others who are not setting up for commerical client outcomes, but person centred outcomes. 
 
Client relationships are anywhere from 6 months to 2 years of engagement and support. 
Services are varied and many intangible.
