As consultants we regularly need to point to different CRM 2013 Online Instances to test or demo. We came across a problem with Windows 8 App caching the last URL that you used and not allowing you to change which was frustrating. Even when you uninstalled and reinstalled it seemed to remember the URL and not allow you to change it.
Does anyone know how to remove the CRM 2013 Windows 8 Cached URL? Or repoint the CRM2013 Windows 8 App to another CRM Online Environment?

I have the same question (0)Found the following link which allows you to remove the cache for Windows App Store. Don't know why this isn't added to the Credential Manager but not to worry.
Basically you need to do the following:
1. Uninstall the Dynamics CRM 2013 App
2. Launch the run window (Win - R to launch the run window)
3. Enter WSReset.exe into the window
4. Reinstall the Dynamics CRM 2013 App and it should prompt you to enter a new CRM Online URL
The link I found which helped was:
