I see other forum posts about this from 2018 when Sage updated their CRRuntime version, but no resolution.
According to our vendor, MSDSL 2018 is still running the same old version of CRRuntime as our 2015 install.
Anyone know of a workaround or impending fix?
Thanks,
Mike
Do you have the full version of Crystal Reports installed? If not, here's how you can resolve the issue

Thanks Mark,
The link you listed is dead, but I did find SAP Crystal Reports 2011 for Sage v14.0.3.613 installed.
I'll try removing that.
Here's a link to the same on the community

We were getting an ROI.exe stopped working. We took the shorter route and found another workstation to run Sage on.
There are links on Sage's site that address the same issue.
