Hello ABHISHEK
There are several ways to import the accounts into Dynamics GP, your choice will be primarily derived from your knowledge or which method you are accustomed to the most.
Macro is one of the easiest ways to do such a task, you can record a macro for creating one account and then generate a macro for the whole chart of accounts either through the mail merge functionality or Excel-based macro. Here is a simple tutorial Recording a macro
Other ways include Integration Manager, there is a standard adapter for importing the Chart of Accounts. Here is a simple tutorial for integration manager
You can still consider other integration methods such as eConnect. If it is a one time task, I would simply recommend either the Macro or the Integration Manager.
Let us know if you have any further concerns,
Hi Abhishek,
Before adding the COA in GP2013, you need to configure the Account format in Account Format Setup screen(if it is not configured already)
1) You need to import the new segments mentioned in the excel using GP Macro via Mail Merge.
2) You can import the accounts in Accounts Maintenance screen using GP macro via Mail Merge.
3) Open JE, Enter the opening balance from excel\import opening balance from excel.
Hi Mahmoud M. AlSaadi,
Can you tell me how can i export my COA into GP using Integration Manager
Have you checked the link above for integration manager ?
yes but it is integrating invoices
It was intended to show the general idea of integration manager since you've never worked on it, is your integration manager registered ?
Open the Integration Manager, after you installed and registered the same. Then click the Open Integration button to open the Chart of Accounts integration with mapping your source file.
For you reference, please have a look on the below link.

Note: The above link will help you to create the Journal Entries in GP , I hope you can create the Chart of Accounts integration with using the same link.
Kindly let me know if you need any help regarding the same.
Hope this helps!!!
Integration Manager is one of the easiest ways to get the COA into GP - other than the old fashion method of typing each account one at a time.
We have had great sucess with IM - just get the data in your excel file into the correct format and you are done.
Look at the sample IM definition for COA (included in the sample) and make your columns match. Then IM does the rest.
Trust this helps.
