This is just a quick question here. I have been using the Delegated Administrator access to my clients CRM Orgs for a few months now and it is great feature. But I have found, when logging into CRM as the Delegated Administrator, you don't have access to the Mobile App or other tools that use the API like the XRMToolBox.
Does anyone know if it is possible to setup the Delegated Admin User to be able to connect to the CRM API and applications that use it like the CRM App or XRMToolBox? If you cannot, does anyone know if Microsoft has a Roadmap for when they will support this? What are other Consultants doing out there to support their clients with the Delegated Admin User and this limitation? I have found a non-interactive user can use the XRMToolBox but this does not solve the issue of not being able to log into the CRM Mobile App.
