How to show entity list above Attach Files button of entity form in CRM Portal

I have an entity form and one entity list together on a CRM Portal web page. Is there a way to move the entity list above the Attach Files button ? I also want to capture the value of one of the columns of a  selected row in the entity list and assign to the text field in the entity form. Entity list is a large dataset. The text field in the entity form that gets the value from the selected entity list record is not a required field. I am looking for alternatives to lookup.

Can someone please suggest.
