How to create icon button in form editor

hi 

I want to create icon or button in form editor when i click that it redirect to redirect to other page . 

please advicce me how to do that ?

    Open entity form editor-> Double click on your field and select uncheck visible by default checkbox under Visibility section. Save and publish your changes.

    I will suggest you to keep it supported so, instead of replacing only url value (no way to hide it in supported way) replicate complete field in html webresource and put that web resource, after that you can keep your current field hidden. So user will be able to see your html field only.

    Hi ,

    i have almost done .

    I have created webresource where i read data from url field and assign it to button in webresource .

    Now i have to replace the url value to webresource where i have created button.

    please advice me how to do that

    You can implement this using html webresource , like in our post so you need read value from html webresource and it will work.

    Hi,

    Below attachment is my page .

    I have a URL in the URL FIELD where instead if showing URL in that field  .i need to show some button . if user click that button . that url open in pop up

    .that is my requirement.

    Hi Aj,

    i cannot use ribbon workbench bcz i am creating the solution for my clinet .

    Please refer the below link

    Where they created the image for that return as array .

    But i want  to show the image only . if i client that link redirect to url should happen .

    please advice me how to achive that .

    Hi, buttons in CRM are created via Ribbon Workbench. you have to add the solution for that. This might help you www.develop1.net/.../ribbonworkbench.aspx
