We are utilizing tasks to trigger assignments to other CRM users w/in our organization. The issue that we are facing is that if a task is time sensitive, the assigned to "Owner" might be out of the office on vacation or traveling on business and unable to respond quickly. The originator has no way of knowing that the "Owner" is out of the office. We tested the creation of a task whereby the Owner put on their Outlook Out of Office hoping that the originator of the task got an auto email back notifying them as such.
Does anyone have any ideas whether this functionality exists and if so, how to set it up?
