Marketing Module KPI's

We want to set up a dashboard for our Marketing efforts. We need a way to monitor results and review what we do. 

Which segments helped us reach our goal, which goals should be set....Which emails get the most opens? Which subject lines are the most effective? Which email links were clicked, which web pages are most visited? Which web pages converted visitors to leads. Form submissions etc. 

We tried using Power BI but the CEO doesn't want to pay for this extra subscription and  wants us to use CRM and really what is there for us to use... well,  is a joke. Not a funny joke a Pain in the butt joke. And I'm being polite. 

If anyone has a way to help us get something in place please let me know. This marketing module only takes you so far if you can't measure. We need KPI's.

    I’m sorry but there is no such feature in Marketing. The results can only be analyzed in insights of individual functions. Analyze marketing results and gain insights (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
