HI,
I have created customer journey based on contact segment, lead is generated from the journey and gets updated in the lead entity. But the issue is only related contact entity gets updated with additional fields entered by the customer , lead entity fields are not being updated accordingly.
Please help with the issue.

Would you please tell me in which way you update the contacts/ leads in your customer journey, with a marketing form or workflow?

Customer journey was created based on available contact, a marketing mail was sent to those contacts which contains marketing form and marketing page.
Condition given was, if link is opened in the mail lead should be generated.
lead is being generated but the address and mobile number details are not updated in the lead entity, which gets updated only in the contact entity.
The details such as address and mobile number of Leads are not the same fields as the ones of Contacts.
If you’d like to create / update the details of a lead via the customer journey, you need to fill in the marketing form with form fields mapped with the fields in Lead entity.

If you’d just like to use the details of the Contact as the details of the Lead, you can create a Workflow triggered when a lead is created. Update the record with the values from the Contact.
