Registered New Domain - Emails not Received for Marketing Emails

Hi!

I'm hoping someone here can help, I've hit a bit of a roadblock.

We have set up a new domain on our Marketing entity, and keys/txt has been entered into our DNS and the status is confirmed - all looks good!

But, when we go to send from the newly registered domain, the email says 'delivered' but it is not reaching the recipients inbox.

It's not in junk, it can't even be found within our SMTP server logs.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm at a loss here as everyone else's seem to just work when configuring their new domain!
