Create Records in Dynamics 365 with Canvas PowerApp

Hi,

I want to create a custom entity record in Dynamics 365 from a Canvas App. The Canvas App has lookups as well which will show CRM accounts and user can select one of them and on submit button it will create a custom entity record.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
