I had CRM 2013 installed on premise with the mobile app on my phone and ipad both configured and worked just fine. I upgraded the system to CRM 2016 and shortly after this the upgrade to CRM 365 happened (still on premise) recently I needed to test something on the ipad and found that I can no longer connect. I don't use the app that much, however our sales team want to make more use of it. I have removed the app from both iPhone and ipad, re installed and tested with no joy. I get as far as step 4 of 5 as soon as It starts the downloading of customizations it gives me the "we're sorry Something went wrong"
I have disabled all custom entities from applying to mobiles, I even went so far as to create a new org with default settings (no customizations) and this also failed. Any ideas I have trawled through Google and found nothing really helpful.
