I was wondering does anyone know how to set up Notifications for when a User is tagged, please refer to the image below. I am assuming this might be a timeline notification or email?

The tag in a post will not create any notification OOTB.
However, you could use power automate to achieve this. Please refer to this:

In App or even on Teams would work. Ideally trying to find any way of notifying the User they have been tagged and then they can be redirected to that Post that they were tagged in.
