Canada Payroll_ Employee Card Deposit -unable to edit/delete

An employee has his pay deposited into 2 accounts. He is cancelling one and asked that we remove and re-direct his funds into his other account.
In the employee card for his deposit info - Add/Edit/ Delete is greyed out and we can't move his 2 deposit account up either. 
 
Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix?Thank you !
