Hello everyone! I need help on setting up activities data.
I have a transaction history data as below as one of my data sources. However, I was not able to add this data as Activities. I do have two fields that have the data type of Date & time, so I am not sure what are the causes here. Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!
Hi WZH,
If you are using your Transaction entity in the unification process, then you won't be able to use it to set up an activity.
The activity configuration requires a standalone entity that meets all the required parameters such as having a date and time field and a unique ID for each activity record.
