Production Journal Empty / Won't Post

In using a production journal for a released production order, a client cannot post.
Picking is complete (as needed), consumption and output are marked. There is lot tracking in place, but all item tracking has been accounted for.
We have been making adjustments to the routing and BOM on this item. The work centers are the same as in their production company that will post.
This is the generic error -
 
 
Any and all recommendations are welcome on where to dig further on this.

    Hello all, still having issues with this from a "preview post" perspective, but can post. Even with times and qty filled in, lot tracking provided, etc. it will not display. In other environments, we can do a preview post.

    the run time need to be populated, BC won't post if it's zero.

    Could You add a bigger screenshot (less cropped)? 
    What is the flushing method ?

    Also check the Production Order line - the fields Quantity and Finished Quantity.
