We have been using processes to send email notifications to our employees for some time. Recently, all of our notification emails have been coming back with the message...
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
Here is a copy of one of the process..
All the emails sent out are to sms email addresses (txt.att.net, vzwpix.com, tmomail.net)
This line is also shown in the emails...
Remote Server returned '550 5.7.501 Access denied, spam abuse detected. For more information please go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=526653'
There is additional diagnostic information for administrators, but I am not sure that is okay to post here.
We use Online, and service-side sync.
Steps taken so far to diagnose issue..
Setup Process to send email to my personal gmail account. Added our CRM domain to whitelist in my personal gmail. Activated Process. Still failed to deliver.
Changed content of the email.
