Hello,
The following Admin center seems to be no longer available. Ik suppose it its replaced by Power Platform Admin. The problem is my sandbox is recreated and I have to re-assign the marketing license ‘Dynamics 365 Marketing Additional Non Prod Application’ but I don't now how.....
Thanks for any help,
Peter
Hi Peter,
You could send a reminder email to let them know that your ticket needs to follow up and you have been stuck for several days.

Hi Cofly,
We have already opened a ticket with Microsoft since 2 days ago, but they're not really helping and we are pretty stuck at the moment.
We'll just have to wait it seems…
Thanks for you reply.
Peter
Hi Peter,
Thanks for sharing details.
It looks like a background issue, and by opening a ticket for further assistance would be the only option to solve it.
Please add more information about your issue if possible when posting the ticket.
In addition, you could also check service health of your instances in legacy admin center.

Clofly
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
I'm not sure i'm explaining this correctly, but what I can see is that the Marketing application is installed but not configured.
I'm afraid I can't show screenshot in english because my language is dutch.
The two Dynamics 365 marketing applications that I see in the resources->Dynamics 365 apps are "Dynamics 365 Marketing Application" which has the status 'Not configured' and which I am presuming is the application that should be linked to the sandbox. The second one is "Dynamics 365 Marketing Application orgxxxxx" which i am presuming that this one belongs to the production environment.
I now want to manage the first one but it gives me a error that the 'unistallation of the app' failed. When I click 'try agian', it takes al lot of time and returns to the same error.
By the way : we already logged a ticket with microsoft but the're not really helping...
Kind regards,
Peter

the old admin center was recently deprecated, management of instances (now called environments) has transitioned to the Power Platform Admin center. For more information, see Environments overview.
Can you specify the error you are getting, i was able to configure new MKT app on my sandbox environment using the instructions you previously shared,
accessed PPAC,
selected sandbox environment
on the ribbon install app
select MKT APP and then I'm redirected to FRE page.
hope it helps somehow, if not I would suggest you to log a ticket with MS support.
Hi Peter,
Thanks for that link, it is up to date and very helpful.
By following guide from the link, it also navigates me to same page as I bookmarked.
Will the setup wizard run automatically after opening the page? Or it just shows organization that you have connected to? and no operation could be performed?
Could you share some screenshots of the issue?
Regards,
Clofly
Hi Clofly,
Thanks for your response. I'll try it with the link to the old Admin center you provided.
I found the following document on microsoft site which explains how to manage applications in 'the new style' :
docs.microsoft.com/.../manage-apps
The problem is : I don't succeed to install marketing app on my sandbox this way…
Kind regards,
Peter
Hi Peter,
I also encountered it several days ago, it seems that something had changed at background.
I bookmarked the applications tab previously, you could enter the center via the link.
Replace X with your own CRM region number.
https://port.crmX.dynamics.com/G/Applications/Index.aspx
I have opened an issue for it on GitHub and still wait for reply.
