Marketing List Security Privilege

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the Marketing list security permissions on the Marketing tab.

Basically all my users need full access at organisational level to Marketing lists the only exception is that users should not be able to change the name of the marketing list unless they created the list in the first place.

Secondly all users should be able to add membes to the list irrespective as to who the member record creator/owner is.

I'm aware the Write permission governs editing rights, if I give this right at the user level only, then usesr can only update list names which they created which is what I want however they can only add members to the list where they are the owner which is not what I am trying to achieve. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Spaz,

try to use Field Security Profiles for the Marketing list name and to add member custom on the user security role Marketing -> Marketinglist Append and Append To privilege.
