I am working on integrating ClickDimensions SMS via Twilio to CRM and would love to pick someone's brain or if you have best practices about how to go about it to make the User Experience better, I would love to hear (or read)!

This forum is dedicated to a first party Dynamics 365 Marketing solution https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/marketing/overview/ so I guess for integration between Click Dimensions and Twilio you may find that other sources of information would serve you better.
Btw, there are partner integrations to send SMS from D365 Marketing already available on Appsource, with thought-through user experience
