Dear Experts,

I have done consumption for two items with 5 qty each from Goods location - ON.

I found that one part is damage. So, I did negative consumption for two items with 1 qty each to QC location - MRB.

Then, I tried to do "Create Warehouse Pick" from Production order in order to pick directly from goods location to proceed prod order to be done.

But message show that "Nothing to handle".

Then, I tried again by doing negative consumption for two items with 2 qty each to ON location.

tried again to do "Create Warehouse Pick" and message "Nothing to show".

Location ON has inventory.

May I know where to check and what is causing and what additional setup need to be done?

Regards

Sweety

    Sweety,

I have to ask a question... Did yo book a Consumption journal to consume the Items for the Production Order already and then tried to do a Warehouse Pick? Also, are you Advanced Warehousing where you must create a Warehouse document for all warehouse transactions? I am not following why you did a consumption before the pick.

On the Released Production Order you should have created the Warehouse Pick, registered the Pick. You then can adjust the damage item and do another Warehouse Pick for more Items and add another Component Quantity.

If you can explain more I can reply with more of an answer.

    Thanks,

    Steve
