Hi, my understanding was that the UPR10108 table was automatically populated from the UPR00904 table. However, for one client I am working with, 3 out of 4 "dependents" are in the UPR10108 table, but the 4th dependent ("self") is NOT in the UPR10108 table, even though he is in the UPR00904 table. Help! How do I get his info into the UPR10108 table?

We're having the same issue for our self insured clients. The UPR00904 and 905 tables appear correct but recreating the yearend wage file is not updating the UPR10108/10109 tables. One client owned SmartConnect so I used that to create a custom connection to populate the UPR10109. The other client I had to use a table import to populate UPR10109. First I output UPR00111 and UPR00904, just for the seqnumbr 16384 (employee) - compared those to the upr10109 and then imported the missing ones with Year1, employid, seqnumbr constant 16384, first name, last name, social (no dash), dob. I set the year covered = 1. Client then went in for employees hired/terminated mid-year and changed the month flags as desired.
