Can we prevent users from voiding a Payables Invoice if it is linked to a POP Purchase Order?

The issue comes up again and again where a user voids a Payables invoice and then realizes that the Invoice originated in the PO module and that the PO didn't open back up again as they expected. Is anyone aware of any GP setting or third party solution that would prevent or possibly warn the user that the invoice they are about to void is linked to a PO?

    This is actually a nice suggestion and I would encourage you to enter it in the Ideas website (experience.dynamics.com/.../list). With that said, the only method available currently to do this is via a customization. You can write a simple VBA, Dex, or VST customization to check for the existence of a PO for the invoice and warn the user when clicking on the void checkmark.
