    Hello Kemo,

Did you try to create a return order or what did you try doing exactly?

Would be great if you could provide us with more details here.

Some supporting screenprints would certainly help.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Kemo,

Do you know if modifications have been made to the return order form?

Can you also let us know the exact AX version that you are operating?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Kemo,

If you click on the question mark symbol in the upper right hand corner of your application then a new window opens that shows the kernel and application version.

If you have that information you can check your version here: cloudblogs.microsoft.com/.../overview-of-microsoft-dynamics-ax-build-numbers

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
