Unable to print picking ticket for back orders

Hi all,
We are experiencing an issue where  end users are unable to print picking list for back orders.  We suspect that this is something caused by the Enhanced Intrastats module being installed on this GP 2010 R2 client.  Has anyone else experience this problem?  Is there a fix coming from Microsoft or can anyone explain why they have disabled this

    The printing of picking tickets for back orders was a legacy problem for the cleints old version of Dynamics GP and a process change has been implemented.  Back orders are transferred back to a Sales Order where a picking ticket could then be printed once again
