Role Centre opening new IE window each time a Work Item is clicked on

Hi All,

I have an odd issue I was hoping to get some help with please:

Clicking on items in the My Work List in the Role Centre causes multiple Internet Explorer windows to open up with the role centre in Enterprise Portal with a new IE window opening with each click.

This doesn’t occur all the time but appears to only be when a new item is added to the users Work List (can be any kind of item). When a new activity has been added, by either the same user or by someone else, and the user clicks on any item in their current Work List in the Role Center – an Internet Window opens. Subsequent clicks opening a new windows each time resulting in the user having a lot of windows open.

Happens on all Role Centre pages
Happens for all AX users
Happens even after resetting data usage, clearing the client cache and after reopening the AX client
Clicking on these items in IE in Enterprise Portal doesn’t produce the same issue
Issue occurs on various client machines

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this one further?
