Hi All,
I have an odd issue I was hoping to get some help with please:
Clicking on items in the My Work List in the Role Centre causes multiple Internet Explorer windows to open up with the role centre in Enterprise Portal with a new IE window opening with each click.
This doesn’t occur all the time but appears to only be when a new item is added to the users Work List (can be any kind of item). When a new activity has been added, by either the same user or by someone else, and the user clicks on any item in their current Work List in the Role Center – an Internet Window opens. Subsequent clicks opening a new windows each time resulting in the user having a lot of windows open.

- AX 2012 R3 CU10
- It isnt this issue regarding the EP website in CAPS:
- Happens on all Role Centre pages
- Happens for all AX users
- Happens even after resetting data usage, clearing the client cache and after reopening the AX client
- Clicking on these items in IE in Enterprise Portal doesn’t produce the same issue
- Issue occurs on various client machines
Does anyone have any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this one further?
