Is there way to get difference between two date and time fields on the same entity in Hours and Minutes by using Calculating fields?

It is possible to do this with calculated fields. The functions you can use to do this are DIFFINMINUTES (date and time, date and time) and DIFFINHOURS (date and time, date and time).

Thanks, Adrian. Is it possible to get the difference like 10 hrs and 50 minutes? OR will it always be either hours or minutes?

    Yeah it is possible.

Start by creating a new calculated field with Data Type: Whole Number, Field Type: Calculated, Format: Duration, IME Mode: auto.

After you have done that take a look at this image of a simple example I created and base your calculated field logic on it.
