Adding card form to a queue item view is not rendering any colors on my dashboard stream

Hello, I've recently created a card form on Opportunity entity and am using it on a Queue Item view within a custom control. The custom control is referencing my Opportunity card form which contains a picklist field that should change the banner color depending on which value is chosen.

This works great if I'm referencing my Opportunity view within the Stream like such:

But does not work if I'm referencing the Queue Item view within the Stream like such:

Both views are using the exact same card form I setup. Is this b/c I'm not referencing the actual Opportunity view within the Queue option? Seems like a limitation that should be working, unless I'm setting it up incorrectly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hi kcpacker85,

When you select 'Queue' option, the actual entity is 'Queue Item' and view is not Opportunity view.

You mentioned that the custom control is referencing your opportunity card form.

So you can try to configure the card form for Queue Item entity.

To answer your question, I am referencing the Opportunity card on my queue item view. Are you saying I need to create a new card for queue item w/ an option set to reference?

Hi kcpacker85,

Not creating new card form for queue item, you just need edit original card form of queue item entity.

When i add the queue stream to dashboard, the default card form of queue item entity can be shown:

Quick question after creating the queue item card for Opportunity. After clicking on the record in the interactive stream dashboard, I want it to navigate to the Opportunity record and not the Queue Item record. Is there any way to accomplish this?
