Override license plate during put

Why am I not able to toggle the Override license plate during put setting for Mobile device menu item PO Put Away? We're using D365 F&O (Cloud) (Finance + Ops)

I click to turn the setting on but it reverts to off. Oddly, this setting is turned ON in our staging/sandbox environment.

I don't know how to start troubleshooting this one, hopefully someone can assist.

Hello,

Disable "Group put away" flag and check.

Hello Joey,

This restriction was actually introduced in 10.0.8 through KB 4524373. Hopefully this helps explain the "why".

Microsoft has evaluated this issue and determined that there is no support for merging target LP on multiple work headers in this case by using the "override target LP during put" in a group put away scenario. These settings were not intended to work in that way, and a fix has been made to block the use of "override target LP during put" if "group put away" is enabled on system grouping and user grouping directed by modes.
