1099 Form Updates

I am trying to update the 1099 forms and though the job says it was successful, the forms are not up to date. 
 
 
 
 
I have scheduled the job multiple times since november. I have deleted the entries and attempted to run it again with the same result. 
 
 
 
Any ideas ?
