I want to integrate BC with Power portal to input new entries into BC from portal page and also show few records from BC in the portal page based on logged in user.
Is this possible?
That is definitely possible.

Thank you for the response. In this case will i need a license for Power Apps Portal or a license of Dataverse? Pleaese help me understand what type of license i will need to achieve this?
With your Business Central license there is a basic Power Apps license for Dynamics included.
But i recommend you look into a licensing plan for Power Apps.
