    Hello,

    The problem seems to be related to the SSL cert. Are you using a self signed cert and what type of authentication method?

    Thanks.

    Hi @kanishka,

    Ask your IT Team for Public SSL Certificate, and configure it for Business Central Web Client from IIS Manager and define it in the binding.

    Once Done, make sure to do following changes on Business Central Server Instance:

    * Change your client credential type to NavUserPassword

    * Add Certificate Thumbprint

    * Enable SAOP and oData services

    Do following change in navsettings.json available at location "C\inetpub\wwwroot\BC_Folder":

    * "ClientServicesCredentialType":   "NavUserPassword"

    Enjoy and confirm if this solution works for you!
