LCS Deployment failed during preparation stage cloud hosted Error code 95053

When trying to deploy our package to our cloud hosted environment we experienced the following error : Preparation failed Error code 95053 Attempted to remotely execute a powershell script but the virtual machine was found in an unexpected state. Please make sure the virtual machine [demo-1] in resource group [lhitgc] is in [Running] state. Actual state [Deallocated].

Any idea how to fix this. Where do I see that the State is [Deallocated] ? How and to what should this status be changed:

Make sure your enviornment is turned on

Yes thank you. I opened the Azur Portal and navigated to the VM. The VM had been stopped. This isnow busy deploying. Thanks
