best practices for react and redux development for webresources

I've put together some notes on developing web resources using react and other tidbits. They are incomplete but after discussing with a few folks, they thought posting them would be useful. Here's a gitbook. I'm also including a link to a gitub project (also published on npm but not the latest) that includes some resources you can use for this kind of development.

I'm interested in other people's best practices if you can share.
