please assist me i am so confused in setting up salary steps and grades for my client (Historical) they have grades like G1 to G12 (groups for positions) and step 1 to 8 and so forth.How do i set it up and also how to i assign them to employee who are already in the system

The only way I was able to achieve the same thing was to create one Pay Step Table for each grade. Once the Table is set up you can go to Assign Employees to select the employees to assign the to the Table and Step.
