FIXED ASSETS MIGRATION ERROR:Results. Book XXXXX does not exist for fixed asset .

Hi All,

i am importing the fixed assets into D365FO. I have posted the fixed assets, books and the acquistion journal.

The problem comes when i want to import the Accumulated depreciation, i get the error below:

but the book is available on the fixed asset record.

What could be the issue?

    Did you check if you are importing the journals into the correct legal entity?

    Hi Alexio,

    Did you link Book-ID with Group, when you do bulk upload you need to do this step as well?

    Check entity mapping, Legal entity, Book name has spaces, etc.

    just try to create same line manual and simulate, if there is no error then export same batch from data entity and see if you are putting data correctly.
