    Hi Partner,
Yes, you can filter parent records(position) based on child records(contract) in Advanced Find.
Add row for vacant field, and add related entity for contract entity, then you can select field of contract.
And i don't understand you said: and end date is from date to max 1 month (contract)
Can you explain? Does it mean the start to finish time is not more than 1 month?
I hope you can verify my answer if it helps you! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

    Hi partner,
Yes, we can't achieve it directly through these two date fields in advanced find query.
It doesn't have to be in code to do this, Maybe you can create one calculated field to calculate difference between two dates:
Then you can use the calculated field as the filter in Advanced find query.
I hope you can verify my answer if it helps you! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

    Hi Partner,
The calculated field should on the contract(child) entity, Right?
If so, you can use date field from position(parent) entity, like this:
    1)Insert function:
    2) Find position lookup:
3)insert .    then you can select field of position entity:
