Can I have "Delete Record" as one of the Workflow steps?

Hi guys,

As per title - it only lets me create or update. How can I set delete as well? Dynamics 2013.

I know there's a plugin for 2011...

There is no out of box step that allows you to delete record. You may either need to write custom workflow or plugin to delete the record.

You could use open source code custom workflow to delete the record from the below link

Yes it works for crm 2011 and 2013 version of on-premise as well online

Hi Chon,

The out of the box CRM workflow cannot have this.

The workflowutils is I think still can be used to CRM 2013.
