download all email attachments with single click using custom button from Ribbon

Hi All,

I need to downloads all the email attachments from my online crm 2015 to my local disk using with custom ribbon button.

    As you know downloading all email attachment is long running process and it does not make much sense downloading attachments by clicking the ribbon button. I would go with console or windows application to download all attachments.

    Take a look at below tool that downloads all attachments using windows application.It seems it only works with on-premise but it will be very easy to adjust the code to get it work for CRM online

    I have used Dynamics CRM 2011/13 Attachment and entity data extractor. it's work. but out of total attachments files, it's only support to downloads 50. Please let me know if you have any idea..

    you can use fatchxml to download all attachments using pagingcookie option

    something like below should work

    int page = 1;

    EntityCollection entityList = new EntityCollection();

    do

    {

       entityList = Context.RetrieveMultiple(new FetchExpression(String.Format("<fetch version='1.0' page='{1}' paging-cookie='{0}' count='5000' output-format='xml-platform' mapping='logical' distinct='false'> ... </fetch>", SecurityElement.Escape(entityList.PagingCookie), page++)));

       // Do something with the results here

    }

    while (entityList.MoreRecords);
