Help to install Microsoft scheduled patches for dynamics

Hi Im trying to install the Microsoft patches for the dynamics envvironment and "Update Now" button seems to have been grayed out. I assumed the patches that got relased in late Feb got autoinstalled but the installatoon status is showing no . Screenshots below

Hi,

If the “Update now” button is greyed out, it's likely because:

You're on a production environment (updates can only be triggered manually on sandbox).

You don't have admin rights.

The update is already scheduled or not yet available for your region.

Check your environment type and permissions, and go to Settings > Product > Behavior > Major updates to verify the rollout status.
